Endodontist Review I was referred to this endodontist through the VA, and honestly, I was shocked—in the best possible way—from the very beginning. They called me personally, asked me to explain what was going on, and then asked if I could come in within the next hour. That level of care immediately stood out to me. From the moment you walk in, everyone is incredibly welcoming. They provide water and coffee, the waiting room is spotless, and the entire office is modern and beautifully designed. Even the paperwork is completed on a large tablet, which made the whole process feel effortless and up-to-date. Once I was taken back, they performed an extensive set of scans and imaging—some of which I had never seen before, even though I’ve had several root canals. The images were unbelievably clear. You could see so much detail inside my mouth and around the tooth. It gave me a completely different level of confidence knowing the dentist could actually see exactly what was going on. Before the dentist even came in, they were already reviewing my scans, images, and notes. The dentist was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Dr. Ngoh and his staff are beyond amazing and most importantly, empathetic. I was in so much pain as I needed a root canal. My experience for pre-op was perfection! On the day of my root canal, easy! It was an absolute breeze. They used magic as it simply felt like getting a filling. It was fast and when all was done, I was served water and Tylenol on a silver platter. You cannot tell me that is not phenomenal service! And Ngoh. He is real. He is genuine. All with the best bedside manner and hands of Gods servant!

I always have the greatest experience at Augusta Endodontic Center. The facility is kept nicely and clean. Only other thing better than the facility is the personnel that work there. From the time I checked in until I met the dentist, everyone was very courteous and professional. I have had work done here before and have absolutely no complaints about the treatment I received. AEC is a state of the art facility with an outstanding group of personnel willing to assist and take care of people.

I would recommend this office to EVERYONE!!!! I was so nervous due to a past traumatic experience && Dr. Ngoh was very knowledgeable, humble & very calming. I have never been so pleased with a root canal ever. Cely was so patient with me and very reassuring. The office is very clean and welcoming. The front desk staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. My root canal was painless, very quick & overly met my expectations. Thank you Dr. Ngoh and your wonderful staff.

I truly needed help with a broken/damaged molar and my fantastic dentist recommended Augusta Endodontics, Dr. Ngoh, however it was a holiday weekend. I called over the weekend and left a message and even without being an established patient the office reached back out to me. They were able to get me in once they opened and Dr. Ngoh examined me made arrangements to do my root canal immediately. From the moment I arrived I was absolutely comfortable in this office. When I say EVERY person there was kind and caring and extremely understanding, I mean it. I cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Ngoh more, seriously. His kindness and compassion are top tier. His professionalism and his talent are unsurpassed. The office is immaculate and the state of art equipment is amazing. They offer the most wonderful background music, Christian, which is extremely comforting in times like that. Please do not hesitate to reach out for any help that you need, I know that you will be taken care of. You will leave feeling the same way I do if not better.
